These letters are drawn right from the Egyptian Hieroglyphs (or vice versa) :

From the same source :

Hebrew consonants have an inner meaning that is represented in any word root that the letter helps to make up; i.e. adding an "'Ayin"as a prefix to a root verb creates a noun that also describes an animal's characteristic most apparent to the name giver. An example is… "khavar" (to hide) "an ayin" as a prefix, ("ayin" represents a scurrying motion), and you now have the Hebrew word "Akhbar," (mouse).

I'm trying to figure out where the Masonic Word Adonai comes from as it occurs in most (if not all) branches of Masonry.  Mackey says the Phoenicians gave it to everyone but, problem is, Masonry predates them by about a thousand years and originated in Egypt so, the word must be in Egyptian somewhere and the only two potential sources are Eden of Den (Phraoah).

Well, his glyph would be a Yod and Mem (and another one of his names uses that M which is, apparently, the same thing as a N) giving us YDM potentially.

One source (Jestor) says the original view that it comes from the Chaldean is wrong but it actually comes from to provide and the symbol is the pouring out of water just as in the four streams. Now, using the Yod (hand) then it can mean a portion of land and, specifically, that on the Side (where the hands hang) of a River (Strong's Concordance). The connection to the hand has all the power of rulership included (hence Dan meaning judge).

Yada means to Know and thus One who Knows.

Thus a Yiddaoni was a Prophet or Wizard.

Edden is connected to Time.

Closely related to Ancient Egyptian...

Danube Valley Civilization Script Is The Oldest Writing In The World

The fact that the writing system developed by the Danube Valley Civilization is the oldest in the world is definitely a history changer. Not only is there evidence to support this theory present on clay tablets, but researchers have found thousands of artifacts with the Danube Valley Script on countless figurines. To date, researchers have found approximately 700 different characters in the Danube Valley Script, a number similar to the characters used in Ancient Egyptian Hieroglyphs.
